At Marroid, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for details regarding returns, refunds, and defective items.


1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition
    • In the original packaging (if applicable)
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

3. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Re-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank
