1. Return Window

- To be eligible, items must be:

- In the original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
3. Return Process

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your item.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
